May 18th, 2018 - BIM One, represented by Tarek Ghazzaoui, attended the most recent BIMbc event in Vancouver, entitled “What's New in Revit 2019”. The event was organized by Summit AEC at the Stantec Architecture office.

Scott Davis, AEC technical specialist at Autodesk, talked about Revit 2019’s new features, sporadically jumping into Revit to demonstrate them. As expected, he was bombarded by questions from a feature-hungry audience of industry specialists. The features covered general Revit uses as well industry-specific applications (architectural, structural and MEP). He also presented and demonstrated BIM360, while clarifying the ever-growing list of acronyms and cloud services offered by Autodesk (i.e. A360, BIM360 Team, BIM360 Design.) The presentation was followed by lots of networking, pizza, and beverages.

Thank you BIMbc for this educational meetup. We look forward to attending upcoming events!
