Le Phare is a mixed-use project of 65 story being developed in Quebec city.
Le Phare (The Lighthouse) is a $755 million mixed-use project being developed in Quebec City’s Laurier Boulevard next to Autoroute Henry-IV. It consists of a 65 story main tower with a panoramic observation deck on the top floor with 3 smaller towers surrounding it, an underground hub capable of accommodating up to 10,000 users a day, a year-round public square and a contemporary performing arts center, all of which will facilitate office, commercial, residential and hospitality spaces.
